Tryouts and Requirements

If you have exceptional performance abilities and a genuine desire to join the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, you are encouraged to try out. Prospective candidates must demonstrate flexibility and be able to perform splits effectively.

Practice Schedule

Prior to the season's commencement, there will be 2-5 compulsory rehearsals per week. Upon the season's start, a regular rehearsal schedule will be established.
